Job Description
The main responsibility of the Assistant Manager is to be involved in day to day operations of our Luxury Restaurant, ensuring that all standard procedures, rules and regulations, the quality of service and sequence of service are highly implemented and emphasized by the colleagues. S/he facilitates all guest needs and expectations in the outlets by providing exceptional service. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the entire operation in the absence of the Manager. S/he will support any activities of the management. operating results.


  • Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard
  • Promotes the F&B offer under his/her responsibility
  • Takes the global level of activity into account when managing the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations
  • Ensures information is properly passed on to the team (briefings and debriefings with the kitchen staff etc)
  • Offers attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraint
  • Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition
  • Assists the Restaurant Manager to check and evaluate the quality and speed of waiter service
  • Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave
  • Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
  • With restaurant manager organizes the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements
  • Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout the meal.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential.
  • International experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
