GM Marketing
:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
Drive the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and trade shows.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and website content.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support product launches.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including ROI, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within allocated budgets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, industry associations, and media outlets.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food ingredient manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of the food ingredient industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
