Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience leading, overseeing and ensuring the smooth-running of the business for a 3PL environment. Grow and expand businesses, organizations developments, improve on current services provided and work along with HR Team for staff's growth and development. This role must be confident to hold full P&L responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership and communication skill, able to communicate with all levels in the Organization
  • At least 10 years working experience in Operation, Warehouse, Logistics & Supply Chain Management position with minimum 5 years working experience in senior management position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Confident in managing P&L
  • Stong Business Development Background
  • Solution Design background preferably.
  • Experience in Contract Logistics
  • Strong People Management
