We are looking for an experiencedProperty Sales Executiveto join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of competitors

- Proper prospect management

- Handling clients from Lead, to deal closing, KPR/A documents and billing-payments

- Following the SOP and system provided by Management

- Make daily and weekly reports

- Work 6 days/week, work on weekends and accompany customer visits, according to the schedule the customer wants

- Located at Marketing Gallery developer

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity developers

- Create your own consumer database, either through flyering, opentables, attending events and referrals.

Qualifications:

-Have a good experience in property sales is a plus, but not required

- Process oriented, able to follow the process well

- Good communication and easily mingle with consumers

- Negotiating skills

- Have an integrity and honesty, seek long-term development rather than short-term gain

- Self-manage and still fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
