1. Plan market strategy offline and online

2. Assist in reviewing, supervising, and aligning content marketing strategy

3. Design and plan effective marketing campaigns that are in keeping with sales goals.

4. Brand awareness knowledge due to KOLs and digital media

5. Launch and maintain a CRM program.

6. Keep your quarterly marketing budget within control.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's in sales, marketing, business, or communications, Beauty barn

2.. experience in the field of beauty industry or marketing 2-3 years

3. Commitment to sustainability and an ethical lifestyle

4. outstanding task management and organizational abilities.

5. Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

6. Market-focused and trend-aware

7. Extensive analysis ,data-driven, and learn about of beauty and skincare

8. Proficient in English and Bahasa (verbal & written)
