Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales based in Jakarta. The Sales will be responsible for generating leads, managing and maintain clients, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals and product demonstrations, as well as building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in sales

Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Experience in the sales field and knowledge of attendance and security systems is a plus

Time management and organizational skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Generate new leads and qualify prospects

Develop and execute sales strategies

Meet with customers to present products and services

Close deals and negotiate contracts

Build and maintain relationships with customers

Track and report sales performance

Participate in sales training and development
