Sales Support Executive

(based in Jakarta)

With continuous growth and investment into post sales activities, e.g. replacement of engines or equipment parts, we are looking for a high energy, committed and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to provide effective assistance to the marine sales (engine) department, helping to convert enquiries to real sales as well as maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate weekly report on quotation and inquiry status.
• Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals to all key stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks or duties as needed.
• Generate quotation for customer inquiries on behalf of salesperson.
• Generator Purchase Order (PO) to vendor for the purchase of equipment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Jakarta, Indonesia’.
• MUST have expertise on Shipment Incoterm (DDP, DAP, Ex-Work, FCA, etc).
• Well organized and meticulous.
• Familiarity with custom clearance in Indonesia is advantageous.
• MUST be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• MUST have dual exposure in purchasing and customer sales.
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with the suppliers/customers.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Able to start work within short notice.

Qualificatons/Education:

• Diploma (in any discipline) and above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support coordination and/or engineering.
