Senior Executive Search Consultant

Responsibilities

• Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit with the company environment.
• Partner closely with HRBP's and Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing/hiring strategies that are aligned with company’s people objectives.
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process.
• Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies.
• Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent into team.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.

Qualifications

• A track record of high-performance, and success working in a fast-moving environment.
• Experienced in executive level positions hiring.
• Self-motivated, resilient, excellent learning agility, and a sincere passion for talent acquisition.
• 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both agency and inhouse preferably in manufacturing industries.
• Fluent in both Bahasa and English, Mandarin will be a plus
• Ability to influence by relationship building, expertise, and leverage data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
