Senior Account Executive Jobs

Requirements:

• Ambitious self starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or other major with relevant experience as a Account Executive
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Preferably someone who has working experience in handling Beauty Brand/Personal Care/Creative Agency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across team and with internal team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is properly organized and accessible
• Deliver reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with Internal teams such as Brand & Marketing Strategist, Campaign, Media, Production, and external Vendors to ensure the briefs, project timelines, and the outcomes are clearly executed
• Proactively drive the process of campaign execution to ensure the successful of campaign implementation that are delivered on a timely manner, within the budget, and align with campaign objectives
• Coordinate with the Finance team to generate accurate invoices, monitor payment schedules, and resolve any billing or financial issues
• Gather the necessary information and present the campaign ideas and ensure that the materials effectively communicate
