Account Executive - Event

s :

• Communicate with the clients at all stages of the campaign
• Create clients report and monitor the effectiveness of campaign
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all brands relevant potential clients
• Acquire new or maintain branded projects (creating timeline, scheduling and working file)
• Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
• Maintain all administration documents related to clients (quotation, invoice, and others)
• Create detailed sponsorship proposals and present professionally to clients
• Manage project budget, timeline, monitoring, supervising and invoicing to the clients
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.

Qualifications :

• Creative, initiative, and accountability
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Had experience to handling offline event would be preferred.
• Had experience at least 2-3 years as Account Executive in 360 agency is preferred
• Bachelors degree with any major. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Managements is preferred.
