Job Description

Location : Jakarta


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including emails and networking events
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements while adhering to company guidelines
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on product offerings and enhancements
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and objectives


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Familiar with using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
