Job Description
We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in providing cutting-edge educational STEM tools designed to inspire and engage students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of STEM tools to educational institutions, driving growth and contributing to the advancement of STEM education.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational districts, to generate sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our STEM tools, their benefits, and their applications in educational settings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, educators, and administrators in the education sector.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our STEM tools through presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to reach target markets.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of each educational institution and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational technology advancements, and competitor offerings to provide informed insights and recommendations.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build brand awareness, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the education sector.
Familiarity with STEM education concepts and trends is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
