PT Dalligent Solusi Indonesia (www.kupu.id), member of Sinarmas, is looking for experienced candidates to be employed as Key Account Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
- Identifying and researching potential customers within a designated territory or market segment
- Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to communicate customer needs, provide feedback, and drive business growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Presenting product/service offerings to customers,
- Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasting, using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin is preferred)
- Experienced in HR/Headhunting Industry
