Job Description

PT Dalligent Solusi Indonesia (www.kupu.id), member of Sinarmas, is looking for experienced candidates to be employed as Key Account Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Identifying and researching potential customers within a designated territory or market segment
  • Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to communicate customer needs, provide feedback, and drive business growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Presenting product/service offerings to customers,
  • Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasting, using CRM systems.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin is preferred)
  • Experienced in HR/Headhunting Industry
