Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Group Key Account Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Group Key Account Manager will be responsible for grow the business, maintaining daily activities related to maintaining and expanding key account relationships, implementing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Modern Trade especially for Minis (IDM & SAT). You should build strong mutual partnership with Account you handled so that everyone gain the best result.
This Position will lead Key Account Junior Managers that responsible in initiate the best opportunities for growth and service to account, conduct business review with account (HO based and DC based), handle product forecasting to the factory, plan activities to create demand at stores (monthly, quarterly, yearly), develop annual business plan (Trading Term) with account, do budget controlling, etc.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good presentation and data visualization
- Experience in Account Management and Key Accounts Managers and special handle IDM & SAT.
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning
- Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
