JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Key Account Sales

Department: Sales

Reports to: Director KA Sales

Responsibilities:

·Analyze customer requirements and offer tailored product and service recommendations that align with their needs.

·Conduct daily customer visits, delivering product information through effective presentations.

·Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively expanding the customer base.

·Devise and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve given targets; adeptly manage follow-ups and adeptly negotiate customer issues.

·Develop comprehensive work plans, maintain an organized customer list, and submit weekly reports to both the user and the GM.

·Collaborate closely with project dealers to attain sales goals and targets.

·Successfully achieve the designated monthly sales budget.

·Ensure healthy Accounts Receivable (AR) status for customers.

Required Skills:

·Possess over 3 years of experience in project sales within the piping system industry, with a specific focus on PPR, PEX, PVC Conduit pipes, and sanitary ware.

·Demonstrated ability to establish a network of reliable distributors in Indonesia.

·Proven track record in managing high-profile projects within Indonesia.

·Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia for business purposes.

·Holds a valid A/C driving license.

·Proficiency in English is essential.

·Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
