Job Description
  • Around 10 years of experience in FMCG
  • Experience managing Modern Trade channel is a must
  • Key Account Manager with experiences in F&B sector
About the role:


You will be responsible to lead and support the Modern Trade channel in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies while leading the nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department, and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development department in providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Key Requirements:


  • Around 10 years of experience as a national sales manager or related role
  • Strong communication and team management skills and able to leverage on the analysis of data with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience managing Food / Beverages category is a must
  • Proven success in the FMCG sector preferably with exposure in beverages or dairy sector
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with outstanding negotiating skill
