They are responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The National Account Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, analyzing customer data, and identifying new opportunities.
