This role will be reporting to the National Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Monitoring sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in FMCG industry
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven experience in key account management and sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
