About Our Client:

Our client is an innovative fintech startup operating in the agricultural sector, dedicated to empowering farmers across Indonesia through enhanced access to funding and technology.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients.

- Identify emerging markets and capitalize on commercial prospects.

- Maintain accurate document filing in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).

- Oversee incoming goods monitoring.

- Manage interest payment tracking.

- Compile a monthly report detailing farmer referral data.

- Foster and manage customer relationships effectively.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in agricultural practices (farm supply store knowledge).

- Interest in or prior experience (with a preference for an agricultural background).

- Possession of a motorcycle and an active driver's license (SIM C).

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.

- Ability to work towards set targets.

- Access to a laptop and smartphone.
