**Objectives**


  • Managing all Takeda portfolios across all indications to maximize Takeda's best interests in the short and long term, resulting in better patient access, trust, reputation, and business.
  • Proactively leads the company's strategic account planning processes and develops weekly/monthly/annual performance objectives, output/outcome targets, and critical milestones.
  • Coaches the key account management (KAM) team, assisting with duties as needed, constantly honing their skills, and ensuring their professional development.
  • Develops solutions that best meet customer needs while simultaneously coordinating the involvement of the necessary business personnel, including support, service, and resource management, to meet key account performance objectives and the expectations of the customers. On a regular basis, leads the team in assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs.


**Activities and Responsibilities**


  • Setting goals and objectives for individual key account managers and supervising account management activities within Takeda in Indonesia
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and develop key account managers based on individual needs and qualifications.
  • Determine the best key account manager in the assigned area/region and create a step-by-step strategy for gaining cooperation from the customers, leveraging internal resources and distribution partners to achieve the goals, and improving patient access.
  • Create cross-functional engagements and understandings with relevant departments in an effort to align goals and approaches that will allow the key account objectives to be met smoothly, e.g.: product listing, FORNAS endorsement, PAP implementation, etc.
  • Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics and develop key account manager based on individual needs and qualifications.
  • To ensure the smooth implementation of pricing governance, manage alignment with several internal stakeholders, including the Pricing and Health Economic Lead, Business Units, and Finance Department, in meeting financial requirements for the business and specific portfolio.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with major key customers so that Takeda is perceived as a preferred partner and receives constant leads on potential key customers.
  • Demonstrate Takeda’s leadership position by communicating, highlighting, and channelling our unique offerings in coordination with BU’s team members to ensure patient access sustainability.
  • Gather information about customers (incl. contract evaluation), the market, and the most recent competitive landscape through research and data collection to identify critical areas for improvement, develop customer growth strategies, and put those strategies into action.
  • To develop and manage the team's internal budgetary allocation in coordination with the Head of Integrated Market Access to ensure effective execution of strategies, goals, and targets.

**Job Specification**


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field;
  • Proven leadership, project management and team development ability
  • Demonstrated capability and skills in tendering, negotiating, contracting, and having entrepreneurship mindset for long-term business sustainability
  • Excellent understanding of the hospital pharmaceutical channel and value chain
  • 10 years’ experience in pharma / biotech company
  • Having strong networking skills and the ability to form mutually beneficial relationships
