About The VP Key Account Management (Outsourcing Services) Role


You will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success by effectively managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be a crucial link between the commercial and fulfilment teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new customers while enhancing the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the company. Understand and anticipate their commercial needs and operational requirements to ensure their satisfaction
  • Be an essential part of the founding team, contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the company
  • Use your analytical skills and industry expertise to ask intelligent questions and identify areas where operational improvements can be made to better serve clients. Provide consultative solutions that align with clients' business objectives
  • Collaborate with the operations team to onboard new customers efficiently and effectively. Identify potential fulfilment partners for clients and, if necessary, poach and acquire them to enhance service offerings
  • Ensure that all accounts are compliant with company policies and regulations, safeguarding the company's reputation and interests
  • Demonstrate measurable growth from existing clients and work towards driving an increase in the Net Promoter Score (NPS), expanding business opportunities, securing client testimonials, and ensuring compliance within your accounts
  • As part of our global company, you may have opportunities to work with international clients and expand our reach into new markets
  • Be responsible for bringing in corporate customers, primarily from the telecommunications and financial services sectors. Leverage your existing outsourcing background and experience with FSI clients to achieve this objective


To succeed in this VP Key Account Management (Outsourcing Services) role, you need to have strategic business acumen, strong commercial mindset, and outsourcing background.


Key Requirements


  • Experience working with B2B large enterprises and a solid understanding of the telecommunications and financial services industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Commercially minded, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and bringing in new business opportunities
  • 6 - 12 years' experience in key account management, preferably within the outsourcing industry, with a strong focus on the financial services and telecommunications sector
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • High energy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal
  • Readiness to travel occasionally, based on business requirements
