About The VP Key Account Management (Outsourcing Services) Role

Responsible for product selection and follow-up, equipment adjustment before live and maintain the operational

Monitor the operation & analysis sales account performance

Regular review, collection and analysis of operational data, and regular feedback of the latest information

Monitor customer’s inventory, identify issues and reporting them to line manager

Effectively manage the budget and ensure compliance in terms of administration and budget control

Update Price Look-Up (PLU) and master list on monthly basis and ensure compliance in account level including areas

Support the goals and priorities deployment process with customers

Provide basic sales analysis, determine short term opportunities, identify areas which need the necessary steps or actions to correct the situation

Reconcile accounts regularly and clear discrepancies whenever necessary
