Job Description

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above and have 3+ years of e-commerce operation experience, specially TikTok
  2. Able to operate stored independently and familiar with the features and operations of major platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia.
  3. Strong data analysis, problem-solving ability, aesthetic ability, unique understanding of keywords, on-site and off-site promotion, good at discovering problems based on platform and competing product data, and excellent market judgment and marketing Planning ability, continuously adjust or optimize operation strategy.
  4. High team spirit and leadership ability, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, integrity and patience.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the daily management of store operation planning, promotion, sales, after-sales service, etc.
  2. Maintain the daily operation of the store, including basic product information, product description page optimization and upgrade; conversion rate, discount promotion, pricing and other operations.
  3. Responsible for the planning and promotion of various promotional activities in the company's related online stores, and improve the product exposure, click-through rate, page views and conversion rate of the products in the store.
  4. Perform background data analysis, analyze the status of competitors, market characteristics, and sales plans & promotion plans.
  5. Operational data, monitoring and analysis: marketing data, transaction data, products management, customer management, etc.
  6. Excavate customer needs and optimize customer experience, including online shop decoration, editing, etc, to propose optimization plans and improvement suggestions.
