Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis, Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts (Tiktok, etc) as well as manage day-to-day social media implementation.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns
  • Manage operational online store including but not limited to Creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is up to date, and adding products to store categories.
  • Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
  • Manage and monitor the online store's stock.
  • Coordinate with other departments, Customer service, and Warehouse for better results.
  • Act as liaison officer to communicate all online stores' programs and needs with the third-party marketplace.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English and have good computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in analyzing live streaming performance metrics, viewer engagement data, and sales conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize live streaming strategies.
  • Willing to be placed at Cikarang Pusat (WFO), with shifting arrangement.
  • At least a bachelor's degree or above from any major.
  • Familiarity with various live-streaming e-commerce platforms, especially Tiktok Shop.
  • Genuine interest in the e-commerce industry and live streaming as a sales and marketing channel, along with a creative mindset to continuously explore new ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting and cooperating with team members to achieve common goals.
