Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Effective communication within team and other departments.
  • Operations Management: Ensure healthy retail KPIs like ATU, ATV, ASP, Markdowns, Sales Density, GMROI, Fill-in ratios etc. Manage retail orders ensuring continuity in stock supply. Planning, supervising and managing the demand plan, inventory tracking, inventory audit and ageing analysis at store level
  • Revenue & Profitability Management: Set revenue & margin targets at region & partner level in consultation with the management. Track & analyze actual performance vs the plan. Take appropriate corrective actions, if required.
  • Efficiently & smartly manage channel conflicts related to range, pricing & promotions
  • Partner across Indonesia to finalize the terms of trade (TOT) like credit limits, delivery norms, commissions etc.
  • Trade Scheme Planning: Analyze the offers and trade schemes being launched by the competitors. Relay the same to the HO & and design strategic solutions on secondary sales activation programs, consumer offers, in-shop promotions for key channel partners
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Expected sales volumes and profit targets from existing and new partners/products in collaboration with management.
  • Team Management: Effective & efficient management of team below. Managing learning & development, career growth of subordinates
  • Maintain and establish a business network & strong relationships to regularly track business opportunities from relevant stakeholders in Wholesale, consignment, modern trade (key accounts), institutional partners & others
  • Coordinates with finance, marketing, merchandising & warehouse teams for smooth execution of agreed plans
  • Identify potential market and trade opportunities, recommend new business development plans & market development strategy to achieve the targeted market share
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure timely collection of outstanding amount. Maintain healthy cash flow cycle. Develop mechanisms and processes to reduce outstanding amount and raise timely alerts.
  • Activities like trade satisfaction survey and handle customer grievances for superior customer service


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Fluent in Bahasa & English, should possess both street-smart & also polished communication skills
  • Should have strong entrepreneurial skills. High degree of ownership & accountability
  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
  • Well versed in Excel pivots, power pivots & functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH
  • Excellent team player. Very strong people skills. Extrovert & outgoing
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever changing business environment
  • At least 7 years of experience in related position (Area Manager, Key Account Manager)
  • Extremely high degree of attention to details. Willing to listen to new ideas and learn continuously
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills
