Now we are looking for a dynamic and agile person to work as Junior Key Account Manager for Kerastase brand!


You Will...


  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current specific sales events
  • Manages BA/DA staffing & relationship
  • Sets negotiation priorities
  • Masters brand selling scenarios
  • Collaborates across functions
  • Builds on categories Shopper insight
  • Influences the retailer/prescriber/Salon
  • Forecasts business with accuracy
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Drives Point of Sales field execution
  • MONITORS SELL IN & SELL OUT EXCELLENCE
  • Manages intermediate agent relationships
  • Stays up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors
  • Achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
  • Builds Selling story
  • Pursues turnover and profit optimization
  • Builds retailers development plans
  • MANAGE AND DEVELOP LONG_ TERM ECOMMERCE RELATIONSHIP
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with strategic plan, KPI and Goals
  • Collects and connects comprehensive knowledge about the retailer/prescriber/Salon
  • Adapts brand distribution strategy
  • Follows-up & controls
  • Conducts Win-Win negotiation
  • Ensures compliance
  • DEVELOPS CUSTOMER CENTRIC BUSINESS
  • BUILDS SELLING PROPOSITION & NEGOTIATE

  • MASTERS COMMERCE FUNDAMENTALS


You have...


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as account manager, preferably for a B2B clients
  • Able to work with high mobilization
  • Good ability in managing good relationship with multiple clients
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
