Job Description


  • Following up to partners regarding the lost parcels
  • Align with related stakeholders to solve lost parcels issue
  • To inform any changes in operations flow to our partners
  • Monthly incentive report
  • As a problem solving agent to help SPX Express Partners if the face any issue
  • Conduct training to new partners onboard


Requirements


  • Placement in South Jakarta
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel, Google Sheet & Google Slide
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal) and a good understanding of English
  • Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace
  • Enjoy roles that revolves around account management & doing repetitive daily operation
  • High attention to details
  • 6 months contract with a possibility to be extended/converted to a permanent position
  • Have the related working experience in Account Executive is preferred
