Account Executive Development Program

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for an Account Executive Development Program. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their marketing needs, and developing strategies to address them. You will manage multiple client accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• No experience is required, but previous internship or work experience in marketing or sales is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia - oral and written communication
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
• A passion for marketing and sales with high energy and enthusiasm
• Bachelor's degree/D4 in any relevant majors
