Partnership & Program Development Jobs

Our client is an independent non government organization (NGO) with a focus on social and humanitarian activities to support sustainable agriculture and improve the income and well-being of small-scale farmers in Indonesia. The main focus of this role is to attract new potential partnerships, collaborations, and donors for our client's foundation. Additionally, this role involves promoting and positioning the Foundation in thematic events, seminars, and social media platforms to increase awareness of the Foundation's programs and attract new collaborations, partnerships, and donors.

Responsibilities:

1. Seek and develop Public Private Partnerships (PPP) networks for our client's independent nonprofit organization.
2. Maintain relationships with existing partners/donors and provide regular reports on collaboration outcomes.
3. Plan and execute effective promotions for our client's Foundation, in collaboration with managers and teams from respective divisions, to attract new donors and partners based on the Foundation's needs.
4. Manage the preparation and implementation of program and project developments for our client's initiatives.
5. Support the development of standard operating procedures and program reports for our client's Foundation.
6. Introduce the Foundation and its programs to multiple stakeholders on behalf of our client.
7. Monitor, evaluate, and report on work progress related to our client's programs.
8. Engage in thematic social media activities to enhance our client's Foundation image and branding.

Detailed :

1. Understand the details of the existing programs at our client's independent nonprofit organization.
2. Propose and develop enhancements to the existing running programs for our client.
3. Initiate and support the creation of informative materials that can be used as introduction documents about our client's organization and its programs, both for daily interactions and annual reports.
4. Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan the stages of preparation and implementation: a. Define our client's role, objectives, and targets for existing programs or program developments to external parties, including the public, private sector, and nonprofit institutions. b. Identify the necessary preparations (knowledge & tools) for the existing programs or program development on behalf of our client.
5. Monitor and evaluate the implementation and provide feedback on programs for our client.

Individual Qualifications:

4. Experience in partnerships and collaborations with the public, private sector, and independent organizations/NGOs.
5. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management/Agribusiness or related fields, Economics, Finance, Engineering.
6. Experience in developing and implementing empowerment programs.
7. Interest in food systems, agriculture, and related industries.
8. Project management experience (willing to present during the interview).
9. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnership, program development, or enabler roles.
10. Exposure to identifying partnership potentials, executing project management for programs, and knowledge of food systems, food chains, and related stakeholders.
11. Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
