The Partner Program and Development Lead is responsible for managing part of the Sales/Support operations within the Retail Partner space of a major Global IT vendor.
Profiling
▪ Ensure partners are profiled per membership threshold, online/offline/experiences metrics & country requests
▪ Punctual profiling exercise completion
▪ Keep partners’ & countries’ contacts updated in database
▪ Work with domain owner for any changes & communicate to the respective parties
▪ Capture any country uniqueness (if any)
Quota deployment
▪ Punctual quota deployment completion including deployment criteria pass
▪ Provide biz reasons if there is over/under deployment situation
▪ Work with domain owner for any changes & communicate to the respective parties
▪ Capture any country uniqueness (if any)
Program management
▪ Punctual program letter release
▪ Communicate the program mechanics to the respective parties
▪ Capture any country uniqueness (if any)
Check Engine
▪ SMB of Check Engine for the responsible handling countries
▪ Identify any gaps to WW & respective owners & follow thru until issue closur
Exception request (if any)
▪ Ensure countries are fully aware of process/tool & details
▪ Assist countries to submit exception requests if required
Partner Portal
▪ Work with domain owners to launch Retail Partner Portal
▪ Identify any gaps to WW & domain owner & follow thru until issue closure
MDF Program Management
▪ Work with category & sales on MDF program budgeting, country allocation.
▪ Drive Business excellence with PSAs management
▪ Work with alliances team on budgeting, utilisation, claiming of alliance
▪ Work with Retail & commercial sales team, MDF CoE & PxP team to get countries toadapt to rate cards, new MAM & Terms & Conditions.
▪ Work with PxP & MDF program CoE team to deliver content to countries (GlobalGuidance/ Rate cards adherence/partner/psa comms)
▪ Maintain MDF program operational KPI's & ensure it is in compliance with global MDF program framework
▪ Maintain MDF Program Reporting & utilisation tracker of key KPI’s
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
▪ College Degree diploma and above
▪ Min. 3 years of working experience in IT Channel Sales Supportor Sales operations
▪ Experience in IT Industry
▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills
▪ Self-driven with strong initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
▪ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written for English and local language
