Country Manager - Environmental - Indonesia, Jakarta

Responsible for overseeing and driving the overall business operations and growth strategies in Indonesia. Work closely with clients, stakeholders, internal departments, and regional offices to ensure the successful delivery of services, maintain client satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and secure new business opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscape
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop effective control measures for business continuity
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Operations and Financial Management:

• Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement effective resource allocation and project planning

Leadership

• Conduct performance evaluations; Talent acquisition and growth
• Foster a good culture and learning and development opportunities for the team
• Lead and manage a high-performance team

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years experience in the environmental industry in Indonesia
• Proven experience in leadership roles in the professional services/consulting industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in Environmental/Sustainability/Climate Change is required
