In the role of Lead Funding for Indonesia, you will assume responsibility for a portfolio of local lender accounts (Financial Institutions) within Kredivo. This portfolio encompasses channeling, joint financing, and credit lines. Reporting to the VP Funding (Indonesia), you will lead these partnerships with a focus on enhancing business growth. This involves optimizing current relationships and proactively identifying, quantifying, and securing new opportunities linked to our products and offerings. Your role will play a pivotal part within Kredivo, entailing the expansion of our financial institution’s network in Indonesia.

To establish and scale Kredivo’s robust lender partnerships, we are looking for an individual who can:

• Identify areas of improvement in the lender integration experience and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and meet business requirements/needs.
• Lead and manage partnerships spanning channeling, joint financing, and credit lines, facing a diverse set of stakeholders within key lender partner organizations.
• Take charge of new business development initiatives such as:
• Productive financing
• Evaluate and negotiate funding proposals to secure competitive terms from funding partners.
• Contribute to the development of new funding channels and tools to further broaden our capital pools.
• Cross-selling of banking products, like credit cards and digital bank accounts

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of experience within the financial industry, preferably with prior involvement in establishing and managing channeling/joint financing partnerships within the consumer finance/multi-finance industry.
