Criteria:

1.Have deep expertise & insights in Indonesian industries and markets

2.Have experience as middle to senior level manager in Indonesian companies, preferably tech-enabled

3.Have sense of ownership and drive to potentially become a co-founder of a business

4.Comfortable/familiar working in international environment
