Job Description

  • Menangani Sistem HRIS (Odoo) untuk mengelola dan memperbarui database karyawan dan Proses Penggajian (Cuti dan Lembur)
  • Membuat Struktur Organisasi, review kinerja dengan membuat Key Performance Indicator (KPI) seluruh area
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam Onboarding karyawan baru
  • Menangani Training and Development Program, Training seluruh area cabang
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk Administrasi (Reimbursement, penyerahan petty cash, membuat memo, dan mengisi dokumen SDM yang penting)
  • Melakukan koordinasi pihak ketiga terkait Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Training dan Team Gathering
