Job Description
  • Assist all HR process (recruitment for entry level)
  • Preparing and monitoring employee's contract (signing period, extension period, termination period)
  • Familiar with labor law and other HR related laws and regulations
  • Handling the HR administrative tasks such as maintain absences, leaves, medical etc


Minimum Qualifications


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience in running KPI, TNA & HRIS will be plus
  • Familiar with using psychology tests
