Hr Organization Development Assistant Manager Jobs

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Having experience in running KPI, TNA & HRIS will be plus

Assist all HR process (recruitment for entry level)

Familiar with labor law and other HR related laws and regulations

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree graduated from psychology major, technical industry, human resource management, or equivalent.

Has 5 years and more experience in HRBP, Organization Development, and also handling Training in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment/device company.

Good skills in negotiation, communication, and a sense of business growth strategies.

Good in English (speaking and reading).
