Job Description

Qualifications

  • Understand HRD system and procedures.
  • Proactive and able to identify issues and handle them properly acquired to company regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree of Law from Reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
  • Have good communication, interpersonal, and critical-based problem-solving skills.
  • At least have experience in HR & Legal or relevant position for 1 (one) year.
  • Excellent in regulations and the law of employment.
  • Have knowledge about labor law, and keeping up to date with government regulations.
  • Used to working on contracts.
  • Have experience in the field of education dan industrial relations. (preferred)
