About The Country HR Manager Role

Bertanggung jawab untuk Administrasi (Reimbursement, penyerahan petty cash, membuat memo, dan mengisi dokumen SDM yang penting)

Bertanggung jawab dalam Onboarding karyawan baru

Menangani Training and Development Program, Training seluruh area cabang

Membuat Struktur Organisasi, review kinerja dengan membuat Key Performance Indicator (KPI) seluruh area

Melakukan koordinasi pihak ketiga terkait Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Training dan Team Gathering

Menangani Sistem HRIS (Odoo) untuk mengelola dan memperbarui database karyawan dan Proses Penggajian (Cuti dan Lembur)

Responding to queries relating to delivery processes and systems, applying understanding of local delivery practices and risk management.

Tertiary Education with a technical nature preferred

Preferably having previous experience with ISO standards (specifically Quality ISO 9001) will be an advantage

Good written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills

Coordinating and supporting activities related to internal Quality Audits of project delivery processes and the external ISO audits.

Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.

Business Partnering with Division Leaders and Country Manager, act as trusted partner and coach managers on people issues.

Min. 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR Generalist and business partnering.
