📝 s:

- Doing office duties, such as receiving instructions from the Head of Division , handling incoming and outgoing letters, writing letters for the Head of Division, Analyze sales and purchase contract documents with consumers and suppliers, filing documents, making minutes of meeting,receiving guests of the Head of Division, scheduling appointments for the Head of Division, request office equipment and supplies.

- Input SPR , SO, DO, SPO, PGI into the SAP system when the shell shipping process has finished overseas & updated tax levy everymonth at the SAP system.

- Make a department budget forcast every year, make cash in & cash out forecasts for shell export operational costs abroad & send them to the finance department, and make a report on expenses for one year & report it to the head of division.

- Arrangement of VISA for foreigners (office guests and expatriates) and employees who travel abroad (such as South Korea, Japan & Australia), including VISA for expatriates who will leave the company for early retirement, monitoring and re-newing working permit such as RPTKA,IMTA, Kitas, STM for the expatriates.

- Review, analyze, and discuss draft long-term or short-term contracts, LOI, MOU, LON, and quotations of selling or buying prices with legal parties, management and business partners.

- Handling complaints from customers if there are administrative problems related to the interests of selling palm kernel shells abroad.

- And Other related to administrations & personal assistant's jobs.

📝 Qualifications:

- S1 or Equivalent (all majors)

- Can operate the SAP Hana system

- General Administration

- English (Min. Intermediate Level or Pasif)

- Microsoft Office Package

- Good Communication
