:

• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness
• Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets
• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation
• Help company leaders determine the headcount of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or other measurements.
• Determine the standard number of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or work force analysis.
• Partner with organizational leaders in creating Job Profile and KPIs and ensure its align with business goals.
• Facilitate and give advisory to related parties in term of job analysis exercise in order to develop job description and job specification
• Develop, implement, and maintain company competencies for all roles and levels
• Exercise job evaluation to ensure the availability of job grade
• Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.

Job Requirements:

• Placement in Head Office, Jakarta Barat
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, People Development, Organizational Development.
• 3 year(s) proven working experience as OD Specialist
