Key responsibilities

• Ensure all administration activities in warehouse done properly
• Ensure for recording temperature & humidity doing by daily and checking the thermohygrometer should be running well
• Ensure implementation FIFO & FEFO system for both actual & SAP system
• Monitoring & supporting team for daily process inbound/ outbound for both internal (production) and external (supplier)
• Maintain storage allergen materials based allergen storage requirements
• Ensure daily supply to production, STO-stock transfer FG and incoming material from supplier should be on time by schedule
• Ensure safety first for Warehouse operational, the target is Zero accident.
• Monitoring storage materials based the standard storage condition / COA

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline with 3 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics.
• Ability to operate Reach Truck/Forklift is an advantage
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably experienced in SAP system (IM / MM / WMS Module).
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
