Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Create online and offline marketing content
  • Visit and contact customers regularly, to develop a deep understanding of the customer's needs and build strong rapport with key players
  • Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events
  • Coordinate with other teams within the company, such as legal and finance, to ensure that all tendering procedures are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support the company in growing our business in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refineries, EPCs, Consultant and Contractors
  • Work with customers to specify our products and win customer orders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to tendering and procurement
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
  • Provide support to customers including technical & application advice, product recommendations, resolve customers' complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure that all tender documents and submissions are properly documented and recorded
  • Prepare and submit tenders for the Drilling and relevant project in accordance with project requirements and timelines
  • Participate in bid meetings and negotiations, and provide input on technical and commercial matters


Requirement:

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, procurement practices, and contract management
  • At least 5 years of experience in preparing and submitting tenders, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals
