Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 (dua) tahun pada posisi Supervisor dan/atau Manajer

Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan Konsultan sangat diutamakan

Pernah berhubungan dengan dinas - dinas pemerintah

Berpengalaman dan memahami alur tender pada pemerintahan maupun BUMN

Memiliki kerjasama yang baik dan mampu membangun dan memimpin tim untuk mencapai target

In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, procurement practices, and contract management

Prepare and submit tenders for the Drilling and relevant project in accordance with project requirements and timelines

At least 5 years of experience in preparing and submitting tenders, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals

Participate in bid meetings and negotiations, and provide input on technical and commercial matters

Handing over of orders to project management team

Explore any opportunity alignment with Front End Sales (FES) and Area Sales Manager

Coordination skills within a multinational company. Experience coordinating and cooperating with colleagues from multiple countries and with multicultural backgrounds.

Product knowledge of HITACHI ENERGY Grid edge solutions products & systems – e-mesh Control Platform.

Approx. 5 years’ experience in electrical system tendering functions handling large system tenders.

Tendering experience (Bids and proposals) as tender lead including involvement contract negotiations, customer discussions.

Ensures the optimization of the bid design in terms of cost and customer requests, in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY technical standards.

Prepare concept proposal on possible MG business cases and presentation to customer, if required.
