Job Description

:

  • Develop referral selling strategy
  • Explain the details about enrollment process to potential parents or students during school visit, open house, exhibition, and any marketing event
  • Being a good representative based on company's core value
  • Reach target of gaining new students
  • Keep the good relation with potential leads in any selling platform such as social media, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Handle leads (update, mapping & follow up)
  • Report all sales progress through daily scoreboard
  • Assisting potential parents and do school tour


Job Requirements :

  • Experienced minimum 1 year as Sales, Telemarketing, or Admission inEducation Industry
  • Good in verbal and written communication through phone call, WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Able to work in dynamic environment
  • At least diploma or bachelor degree from Public Relation, Communication, Marketing Management (equivalent fields are welcome)
  • Good in English
