Md Specialist Jobs

KWANGYA @JAKARTA is looking for an MD (Merchandise) Specialist who has knowledge in import/export and is knowledgeable about the Korean Entertainment Industry.

MD Specialist Responsibilities

• In charge of making new orders when stock depletes
• In charge of translating merchandise and album information into Indonesian for labeling
• Work closely together with the store manager to keep track of best-selling items, stock quantity, etc.
• Work closely together with related divisions to market merchandise and albums (design, marketing, etc.)
• Keep updated with the shipment schedules and inform related parties
• Handling and checking documents in relation to the import and export process
• Constantly communicate with the logistics company on the import and export process of merchandise and albums
• Keep in constant contact with all merchandise and album units from HQ in Korea
• In charge of ordering new merchandise and albums

MD Specialist Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented
• Fluent in Korean will be a plus point
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Have good communication skills and can work together in teams
• Experience Minimal 1 or 3 years in the export/import sector
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and etc
