Job Description
|


  • Analysis of whole documents to make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claims.
  • Maintain and ensure the SLA process is achieved.
  • Minimize complaints and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Verify and analyze the whole document claim (including claims that have been processed by TPA) before referring the claim to Investigator and making sure an indication for claim investigation is needed.
  • Monitoring performance claim process internally by creating solutions to minimize repetitive errors or any delayed process.
  • Conduct Site Survey (If needed)
  • Cooperate with other departments needed such as: Underwriting Dept., Finance Dept., Legal Dept., Compliance Dept., etc.
  • Ensure the End-to-End claim process with good quality and valid as per SeaInsure policy provision.


Requirements


  • -Computer Literate
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work under pressure, good leadership, good communication.
  • Good In Teamwork
  • Have a good knowledge of the system, claim process, Insurance Principal, and policy provision.
  • Bachelor’s degree with good knowledge of General Insurance principal, Minimum 2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good leadership and decision-making skills
