Key Responsibilities

• Oversee The Development And Execution Of Marketing Programs, Including Advertising, Promotions, Product Launches, Events, And Digital Marketing, To Ensure Consistent Brand Messaging And Maximum Impact.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Marketing Executive (CME) or Chartered Marketer (CM) are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with a track record of achieving results and driving marketing excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and marketing performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and plans.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with consumer goods industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
