General Manager - Fintech

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Drive development of employees

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree

• At least 5 years of experience in government relations, external affairs, or a related role

• Proven success in building and managing relationships with key government officials and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory and policy issues

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to different audiences.
