Ability to effectively manage teams, with a capacity to oversee 10-50 members being a distinct advantage.

Four or more years of work experience in product management

Oversee the development and management of real-time systems to record revenue and costs

Bachelor's degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies Management, or equivalent

Create detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the tech team

Strong business acumen, supply chain mindset and B2B product experience is a plus point

Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship

At least six years of experience building fintech products such as payment gateway and e-wallet in Indonesia

An exceptional can-do attitude and be deeply self-motivated, experience in a zero to one environment is a strong point

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and strong intuition of user behaviours within the fintech space

Drive the product development for Indonesia with little to no guidance
