Job Description

- Job Descripton

职位描述

1、负责手机分期业务的客服工作,快速回复一线业务员的咨询答疑;

1. Responsible for customer service of mobile phone installment business, quickly responding to inquiries and answers from frontline salespeople;

2、负责登记和反馈业务员遇到的问题并归纳出通用逻辑,形成固定SOP;

2. Responsible for registering and providing feedback on problems encountered by salespeople, and summarizing common logic to form a SOP;

3、负责团队信息和资源拉通,与合作方对接并解决合作方的疑问;

3. Responsible for coordinating team information and resources, liaising with partners and resolving their questions;

4、对业务员实施的效果监控,识别异常情况并内部做信息同步;

4. Monitor the effectiveness of salespersons, identify abnormal situations, and synchronize information internally;

5、其他项目相关事务。

- JobRequirements

岗位要求

1、熟练使用办公软件,有较好的数据分析能力;

1. Proficient in using office software, with good data analysis skills;

2、有良好的沟通能力、责任心及亲和力,对工作认真负责,团队协作意识强;

2. Has good communication skills, sense of responsibilityand affinity, is conscientious and responsible for work, and has a strong sense of teamwork;

3、主动好学,有较强的上进心,有客服经验优先;

3. Proactive and eager to learn, with strong motivation, and customer service experience is preferred;

4、本科以上学历,专业不限

5、语言能力:能使用英语或者普通话沟通和写作。
